Stress eating - Chinese Ham Sandwich with mozarella and pineapple marmalade
The problem with me when i'm pressured is that i tend to find solace in the kitchen. So it's not an unusual act for me to get some kitchen fixin' when i realized i was 3 days behind on my readings.
i decided what better cure than to make myself a sandwich. A chinese ham sandwich with mozarella & pineapple marmalade. The saltiness of the ham compliments the sweetness of the marmalade. The cheese was a bit lost due to the strong flavors of the two but i still loved its melted gooeyness.
one of those times i swear i want to get myself a panini press... problem is we dont have panini's readily available at the stores nearby. all we have are bread slices.
